Case Summary

Our firm provided legal representation to a foreign company whose ownership rights to an aircraft were unlawfully transferred through a fraudulent contract. We challenged the opposing party’s claim to ownership, proving that their acquisition was based on an illegitimate agreement.

As part of our legal strategy, we actively contested the validity of the international sale contract used to justify the ownership transfer, demonstrating that the transaction was fictitious and unlawful.

However, in 2022, the valuable asset was destroyed during an attack on Ukraine, bringing the legal proceedings to an end. Despite this, our firm remained fully committed to defending our client’s rights and exposing fraudulent schemes throughout the case.
